senaman di pagi hari~

Tahukah kamu semua cara nk manfaatkn waktu dgn baek? :P Contohnye bersenam. Mudah jek. Mcm gini. Tiap2 pagi, korg bangun 30 minit b4 klas. Then, bile tau dah lambat, korg akn bergegas mandi, siap2. Then, berkejar ke bus stop. Tgk time table kat bus stop tu, dan korg dapati, the next bus lmbt lg.. dlm 22 minit lg (mase tu ade 15 minit b4 klas mule). Haa,, mase ni la korg perlu bersenam. Dgn tangkas, berserta beg, jeans, jaket --> x seswai.. korg jog atau lari la.. ke uni. Bile smpi uni, sure muke akan merah2 & badan berpeluh, menandakan korg baru jek lepas menjalankn aktiviti cergas. Tu la yg aku wat 2 hari lepas.. Penat x yah ckp la beb~ X boleh nk concentrate kat lecturer pon. Dlm org len kesejukan, aku mcm cacing kepanasan. So, moral of the story, manage ur time well. v(^^)

  • hahahahaha...bagus senaman nie...tapi ini bukan senaman...ini tersenam namenye...takpe laaa...walaupun tersenam nie bagus utk org bgn lambat....gue ade basikal...huahahahahahaha...
