Blueberry Cheese Cake - bukan secret recipe

Assalamualaikum,

Pertamanya, I nk ucapkan selamat menyambut awal muharam kepada semua umat Islam 1Dunia. Semoga, dgn izin Allah, kita semua akan dikurniakan rezeki yg halal dan lebih dari tahun-tahun sebelumnya :)

Dah lame rasenye I x share recipe dgn u-ols, kan? Maklumlah.. I segan tahu. Bukan pandai masak or baking sgt pon. Tiba2 nk feeling share recipe bagai, kan? I ni, amatur cook je. Masak bagi kenyang perut mak ayah boleh la. 

Berminggu-minggu jugak la I ngidam nk makan cheese cake. Cheese cake buatan sendiri oke, bukan secret recipe ke, bakery ke. Tp asek tertunda2 je sbb susah nk dpt bahan. Ye lah u-ols, I ni duk kt kampung hokay. Xkan nk toreh cheese kat pokok getah pulak. So, terpaksa la I bersabar sket utk collect bahan2 tu. Bila dah dpt semuanya, I decide nak buat Blueberry Cheese Cake. Ouh, kalo ade vanilla sket, name dia jadi Vanilla Blueberry Cheese Cake? Eh, kalo bake, jadi Vanilla Blueberry Baked Cheese Cake? X kesa la nama ape2 pon u-ols. Yg penting, ade main ingredients, ade blueberry.

U-ols dah sedia dgn pen dan kertas blom? I nk share recipe ni. Ouh, lupa, skrg org mane nk pakai pen dan kertas ye dak? Pakai Samsung Galaxy Notes gituuu.. Dah la joyah, I xnak merepek banyak lg. 

ni la hasil akhir cheese cake I.. xde la memberangsangkan pon, kan?

Bahan-bahan:
300g blueberries
40ml water
100g caster sugar
300g digestive biscuits
150g melted butter
3tsp vanilla extract
700g cream cheese
100g icing sugar
400ml double cream

Cara-cara:

  1. To prepare the blueberries; mula2 masukkan air dan caster sugar ke dalam small pan. Masak sehingga jadi syrupy mixture, kemudian masukkan blueberries. Cook for two or three minutes dan kacau sikit2. Sejukkan blueberries syrup in room temperature sebelum dimasukkan ke dalam fridge.
  2. Utk sediakan crumb base, hancurkan biscuits dan gaulkan bersama melted butter. I kisar separuh, then I crashed separuh. Butter the base and side of a 24cm cake tin. Masukkan mixture tu ke dalam cake tin, mampatkan ke dasar tin dan ratakan. Selepas tu, masukkan cake tin bersama crumble base ke dlm peti sejuk selama 30 minit. 
  3. Panaskan oven dalam suhu sederhana tinggi. Mix soft cheese, icing sugar, vanilla and double cream in a large bowl. Pukul sampai adunan kembang/naik. Masukkan separuh daripada blueberry syrup ke dalam crumble base, gaulkan. Tuangkan adunan cheese onto the base. Then, ratakan permukaannya. Masukkan kek ke dalam oven selama 30 mins.
  4. After you take the cake out of the oven, leave it to cool down. Lepas tu, masukkannya ke dalam fridge overnight. 
  5. To serve, release the tin before tuangkan blueberries syrup ke atas kek. Potong, dan hidangkan! 
tapi I taram je taruk the syrup before releasing the tin.. keke
Actually, recipe ni, I ambek dr sini. Tapi, disebabkan my cake tin bersaiz lagi besar, so I modify the ingredients sesuka hati I. Haha. Dalam recipe asal, xde bake bake nye pon.. I lagi suke bake.. errr for no reason. Kalo u-ols x suke, x bake pon xpe. Cume, I rase, u-ols mungkin kne tambah gelatin or corn flour utk likatkan sikit adunan cheese tu. Kalo x, adunan u-ols lembik sikit and lambat mengeras. This cheese cake is thick with cheese. Kalo nk kurangkan cheese and add corn flour on purpose pon xpe jugak. 

Kalo u-ols suke manis2, tambah la lg gula. Tp, manis2 x elok taw. For lighter choice, u-ols boleh tukarkan cream cheese tu ke light cream cheese, double cream to single cream or even lessen the sugar :)

FJ : I taw I dah rojak-betikkan bahasa I dlm methods tu. Nak buat mcm mane, mula2 I mcm nk type in English, tp x jadi la, sbb I x seterer u-ols. Apa2 pon, selamat mencuba!
